A1 Dollar Move is a free apartment locating service, designed soley for our customers' usage.

User Acknowledgement

User acknowledges this disclaimer and agrees to its contents. The user agrees to all the terms and guidelines listed throughout this website. The User agrees to adhere to all applicable laws regarding our service and use of this website. The user understands that he or she can be subject to punishment by law if any part of this disclaimer is violated. A1 Dollar Move reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

All logos, artwork, design, graphics, etc. are for the strict and only use by A 1 Dollar Move. No portion of this website can be duplicated, used, modified, linked to, etc. without written permission. The software contained within this website is copyrighted. Materials found on this website are for non-commercial use only.

MOVE IT FREE TERMS

To qualify for a FREE MOVE, your rent must be at least $600 a month.  You must have discovered the rental property through us; You must not have officially visited the rental property before registering with us; You must have signed a 12-month or longer lease from a rental property in our database; You must not have lived at the complex before; You must list us on the lease, application, guest card, and lease agreement; You must not be transferring within the same complex or transferring to a sister property; You must not break your lease or jeopardize your lease with bad conduct.

DISCLAIMERS

Most apartmetnt locators that offer free moves limit the amount of items that you are allowed to move. Our deal is structured around time not gross weight or amount of boxes. You have two hours with a 2 man mover team.

Help us keep the move free by packing all of your valued items before the movers arrive. If the movers are required to pack this will be assessed agaisnt your free move time.

A $69.00 per hour fee will be charged to you for time beyond your two free hours.

We reserve the right to refuse to move any items we feel we cannot move safely.

A1 Dollar Move is not the moving company. We hire independant contractors to complete the moves. The moving company we use is fully licensed and bonded.
